To whom it may concern

During the past nine years, while working for different attorney firms,
my work specifications varied, but the following would give you an idea
of my capabilities:

I attended and sat in, on the following:

• Consultations, with new and existing clients, with or without an attorney present:
taking instructions and advising accordingly, to the best of my abilities.
I also lead the litigation process up to the point of trail.

• Consult with clients at the advocates.

• Auctions of fixed property on behalf on the financial institutions.

• Consulted with and without counsel on settlement negotiations.

• With the sheriff on execution of warrants to attach movable property and removal
thereof.

Due to the fact that I have worked in mainly general practises, I have gained ample
experience in all aspects and a broad field of the law. Comprising of: Family Law
(Divorces, Maintenance, Custody, Universal Partnerships, etc.), Latent Defects,
Collections, Long Term Insurance Disputes, Insolvency Law, to name but a few.

Where drafting is concerned: I drafted all the necessary pleadings and court notices,
which related to litigation concerns, in all courts - Magistrates Court, Southern Divorce
Court and High Court.

I was responsible for the timeously serving and filing of all litigation documents on the
opposing party and the relevant courts.

I attended to the winding up of deceased estates. I also drafted wills, trusts and settlement
agreements. It was my responsibility to ensure all paperwork was completed and in order
for Closed Corporation and company registrations with the Registrar of Companies.

I assisted on trail cases.

I did my own investigation on opposing parties and issued subpoenas accordingly.

In short, with my studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution, I am able to lead arbitrations,

mediations, negotiations and facilitations of disputes.

To end off with, the highlight of my career thus far, has been, to have been able to assist
in a High Court matter, which has been reported in the South African Law Reports.
Throughout the years, I have learnt life's most important lessons: Humility, Efficiency,
Professionalism and Compassion! Today I am an expert with dead-lines and high-stressed
environments.

What I lack in experience, I will make up ten-full in execution of projects, tasks and my
enthusiasm to learn.

I am a young, vibrant, enthusiastic and career-driven individual, edging to get started
