Learn painting tips from a renowned painter at our Friday morning watercolor painting classes. Sports fans wont want to miss the tour of St Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium. Get in the mood for Spring and celebrate Earth day by planting some Spring crops in the community garden. Have you ever thought about having your own garden plot to plan, take care of and enjoy the bounty from? Well that opportunity is here now. Call Patty in SAS to sign up for your own piece of ground to till. Wear your favorite Cardinal gear to help celebrate at our Cardinal themed birthday party. 4/2 Scrapbook Club Meet the first Tuesday of every month. Bring your photos and momentoes and use the provided tools to make scrapbook pages. 4/4 Sensory-A Sensory experience can be relaxing, fun, and meaningful; especially for people with severe disabilities. The occupational therapy students from Maryville are volunteering their time and expertise for us on the first Thursday of each month. 4/5 Watercolor painting Join us for Friday morning watercolor painting classes this month. 4/5 Movie-Here Comes The Boom -This comedy is about an apathetic biology teacher who becomes a wrestling sensation that rallies his whole school. 4/5 Poker Walk- Join us as we walk through Lakeside Park in St. Charles while playing a poker game. We will leave campus at 5:45 or you can meet us at the park at 6:30 p.m. Directions will follow.

4/6 Sha Na Na- Come listen to a blast from the past! Sa Na Na is at the Scheidegger Center on the Lindenwood campus. Meet at the flagpole at 7:00p.m. or at the Center at 7:30pm. Tickets are $22.50 and nonrefundable. 4/7 Bush Stadium Tour- We are touring St Louis Cardinals Busch Stadium. The tour begins at 2:00 pm sharp! (they will leave us if we are not there on time) The cost of the tour is $10.00 and it is about an hour long. We will lunch afterwards at McDonald's; bring money for your meal & parking.. The cost for parking is $2.00. We will leave campus at 12:30 to give enough time to park and be at the gate at 2:00 pm. 4/11 Wii-Let's get our bodies moving using Wii games (fun!).

4/12 MovieBatman: The Dark Night Return - Batman is here again with the sequel to The Dark Night. 4/12 Birthday party-Celebrate April birthdays with a Cardinal themed party. Wear your favorite Cardinal gear! .

4/13 Volunteer Club- Join us to make a toy or treat to benefit our furry friends at the local Five Acres Animal shelter. Anyone can join the Volunteer Club at any time. 4/16 Outing to see Da Vinci Machines visit this interesting interactive exhibit of recreated Da Vinci inventions at 800 Market Street Suite 100. Admission is $7.00 and bring cash for lunch after the tour. We plan to be back by 3:00p.m. 4/16 Key Club Come join us for a Farwell dance with the Key Club. It will be their last time with us until the fall. 4/18 Fitness- Let's Exercise with Chair yoga! 4/19 Movie We are watching The life of Pi;;a fantasy adventure. 4/20 Cooking Class -Ooey Gooey Butter Cake is a St Louis favorite! We are going learn how to make this cake. 4/22 Earth Day planting- We will celebrate Earth day by planting some Spring crops in the garden. 4/23 Craft- Make and take a Spring themed project 4/25 Movie In Enjoy theater treats with friends as we watch an exciting movie. 4/26 Movie We are watching Diary of A Wimpy Kid Dog Days; the latest movie in the Wimpy kid movie releases. 4/26 Trivia Night- You don't want to miss this, our very own trivia night!!!
