Convention Center

2 Insights | May 11-14, 2009 | Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center | Nashville
Insights 2009 is the can’t-miss conference for times like these.

Dear Sage Business Partner:

It’s no surprise the economy is weighing on the minds of Sage partners. The real
surprises are the pockets of optimism and deal winning that partners continue to
experience even amidst the adversity. That’s what Insights 2009 is all about: coming
together to share ideas, discuss winning tactics, and identify opportunities that will
provide a clear strategy for how to succeed even in tough economic times.

5 reasons why attending Insights is more essential than ever:

1. Learn How to Adapt – Regardless of your job function, Insights will arm you with
ideas, knowledge, and perspectives that will help you become the change agent
you need to be so your organization can thrive in difficult times.

2. Strengthen Customer Service – Increasing product knowledge and skills for

customer-facing staff will improve service levels, prompting customers to spend
more and remain loyal to your company.

3. Restore Energy and Optimism – If the economic downturn has your team down
in the dumps, Insights is the place to restore confidence. The conference will draw
your people together, give them laser-like focus, and get your organization on the
bullet train to success.

4. Benefit From Expanded Content – We’re packing Insights with the types of
sessions you’ve been asking for. Hands-on labs. Bring your own laptop sessions.
Technical deep dives. Six role-based tracks. Insights has it all and more.

5. Accelerate the Arrival of Better Times – Organizations with a workforce that

has sharp, up-to-date skills and knowledge will be poised to prosper more quickly
when the economy turns for the better—as it always does.

There are infinite opportunities at Insights this year, but don’t forget the most
important one: the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the conversation. We
look forward to seeing you at Insights 2009.

All the best,

Sue Swenson
CEO, Sage North America

gurus talk about things you could read by skimming their books. It’s just the
opposite. Everyone is involved. Insights participants don’t just discuss the issues;
they help develop strategies, move toward realistic solutions, tackle tough
questions, and forge mutually beneficial partnerships.
