Jessica Swanson
Jessica Swanson is the Founder and President of Shoestring Marketing University and Shoestring Marketing Solutions. She has helped thousands of small business owners, all over the world, implement low-cost, high-impact marketing campaigns. Armed with years of teaching and a M.S. in Written Communications, Jessica takes complicated marketing concepts, turns them upside-down, and makes them incredibly simple and outrageously straightforward. Paul L. Decker, M.S.


Paul Decker currently serves as the Director of Maverick Innovation Lab (Hartland, WI), Chairman of the Waukesha County Board of Supervisors and adjunct instructor in the WCTC Small Business Center. He is also a member of the WCTC Small Business Center Volunteer Hall of Fame and a sought-after local, regional and national keynote speaker. In addition, Paul has extensive work experience with Xerox Corporation; Abbott Labs; Bausch & Lomb, Soflens Division, Bushnell Sports Optics Division; Bowthorpe Holdings, PLC, London; Vaportek, Resource D & Associates and the WCTC Planning Commission Village of Hartland while actively serving on several for-profit and non-profit boards. Paul is the past president of the Hartland-Lake Country Rotary Club and served as Rotary International District Governor 2010-11 in South East Wisconsin utilizing his leadership skills and working with community leaders in 60 clubs to build stronger local and international communities.
