    Are the questions perfectly clear and unambiguous?
    Do the questions get at something stable, well-considered, nonsuperficial and non-ephemeral but something which is typical of the
    individual or of the situation?
    Do the questions pull or have extractive power that is it will be
    respondents to by a large enough proportion of respondents?
    Do the responses shown reasonable range of variation?
    Is the information obtained consistent? Does it agree with what is
    known?
    Are the items sufficiently inclusive?
    Is there a possibility of using an external criterion to evaluate the
    questionnaire?
