The women, who ______________ (8 DRESS) in red skirts, white aprons and black bonnets, ______________ (8 TELL) they didn't meet the dress code of the famous London store. Trip organiser Gaynor Newton, 56, said the group of women, _____________ (9 INCLUDE) a doctor and a lawyer, _______________ (10 SHOCK) by the way they were treated by staff after a female officer told them:'You can't come in here dressed like that.' She told the Daily Mail: 'We were gobsmacked we _____________________ (11 SMARTLY DRESS) and well-behaved on our national day. The first security officer who ________________ (12 STOP) us was quite rude and just said we could not enter the store because we were in our national costume.
