Location The Hotel Post is situated in Vorarlberg, on the old stagecoach route on the way to the Arlberg Bezau surrounded by mountains, forests and meadows of the Bregenzerwald. It is about the airports Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, and Zurich. It is easily accessible and only a few hours drive from Munich, Zurich and Innsbruck.

Architecture Since the acquisition by Susan Kaufmann from her mother, the Hotel Post has been expanded step by step carefully, changed and rebuilt. Together with her brother Oskar Leo Kaufmann, whose design for a prefabricated building in 2008 at the New York MoMa caused a stir, Susanne Kaufmann developed the distinctive architecture of the house. A blend of minimalist design clear and consistent reduction to the essentials. The architecture of the hotel fits perfectly into the landscape of the Bregenz Forest, the architect Oskar Leo Kaufmann and Albert Rf his business partner are among the main protagonists of the Modern Architecture in Vorarlberg.

Rooms The Hotel Post has 54 rooms and 4 suites. The furniture was from Oskar Leo Kaufmann designed specifically for the Hotel and made by local craftsmen. The rooms and suites are characterized by purist simplicity and clarity. In the bathrooms, there are products of Susanne Kaufmanns own organic skincare line. All rooms feature a private balcony, bathroom, TV, mini-bar and everything you expect from a hotel of a 4-star superior category.

Restaurant Gourmet Restaurant Irma, 15 points, 2 hoods Gault Millau restaurant with sun terrace snack bar in the hotel lobby with fireplace wine cellar for special occasions can be used.

Wellness The purist beautiful bath house offers three floors of various saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam room, a garden sauna), an indoor pool, outdoor saltwater pool with an unobstructed view to the sky, an open-air Jacuzzi, two relaxing rooms and a large sun deck. The Garden gives a view of the pristine and fascinating mountains.

Spa The spa is the holistic care system Susanne Kaufmann organic treats used with a focus on Natural Anti Aging. The Susanne Kaufmann Spa offers 13 single and 2 double cabins. The Spa provides targeted individual spa treatments, daily programs and individually tailored treatments. A particular focus is the traditional Chinese medicine, guided by the specialist on TCM doctors Dr. Brigitte Klett and Dr. Klaus Grimm.

Sports
Summer In summer the hotel offers, walks, guided mountain tours offered by Pius Feurstein hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking and much more. Sports equipment like mountain bikes and Nordic walking poles, are free of charge. A sensational Golf Course is nearby in Riefensberg (Golf Park Bregenzerwald).

Winter Access to 31 ski areas with the 3 Valleys ski pass including the ski resort Mellau-Damls and ski slopes, easily accessible with the ski shuttle. Cross country skiing, tobogganing also in the evening or snowshoeing make a perfect winter in the Bregenzerwald. Toboggans can be rented at the hotel.

Tennis On two indoor courts and two outdoor hard courts, the tennis TULOT school operates under the direction of Drahomir Rozic and Jan Matus.
