Camp Out Fingerless Mitts
The hand portion is provisionally cast on and worked flat in garter stitch. The two ends are either grafted together or joined using a 3-needle bind off. Stitches are then picked up and worked in rounds. For a tidy garter edge: slip the first stitch of every row purlwise with yarn in front. Abbreviations k (knit) k2tog (knit two together) ssk (slip, slip, knit together throught the back loop) s2kp (slip two together, knit one, pass two slipped stitches over) dpn (double pointed needle) sl m (slip marker)
