The main objective of this project is making a computerization of sales and purchase of lands. Whenever a person wants to sale a land, he has to authenticate and request to the Talati. In Turn he will check the details and forward to the caseworker and manager. Manager verifies it and checks for authentification and forward to sub register. This is a innovative web based solution mainly targeted at customers providing information about the registration of land details. All the information about the property, land will be entered for a time, once the information is entered by just typing the property number and owner_id, we can get the information about land type, size and rate and it also maintain the encumbrance details. In this project we use the RFID (device) technology for login to system
