Youll need: Table, table skirt, speaker stands, sound system, pull ups, camera, iPod, appearance box w/prizes, RTW, roll banner, extension cord, hand truck and tool box. Try to find available parking either in front of the store or across in the parking lot. One person will need to park the car on the street or in a garage while the other starts setting up. Signage needs to be put up outside and highly visible by people going by. People need to know we are there. Utilize the roll a banner for outside signage. Do not place roll banner on any painted walls or interior surfaces with Clear Tape. This tape will damage the surface. Use Gaffing Tape or dont put up roll banner at all. Make sure what you put up is secure on all corners. Nothing looks worse than banners flopping around. Signage needs to be put up inside near our set up. Utilize the pull up banners to make the biggest impact possible. The goal is to look be as visible and professional as possible without disturbing customers or junking up the venue. Set up is inside. You will be set up next to the front doors. Use the pull ups behind the table. You will have access to power. Make sure the stands have a wide base so they don't fall over. We are on-site to promote T-Mobiles phone sales and specials. Listeners can RTW copies of the new Green Day cd's "Uno", "Dos", "Tres".
Take lots of pictures of listeners having fun, pictures with Mike, etc. Have fun!
