Synopsis: Siebel Pharma 8.0 application customized to keep the track of the stock & demand, supply & delivery of the medical products to the Hospitals & clinics. My Role We had two applications in our project: 1) Siebel Call Center Application 8.0 2) EMC Documentum ( ECM ) Compliance Manager Application. 1) Siebel Call Center Application 8.0 I worked in Roche Siebel Cap Services (SI) project. I was workling as a part of the configuration team. I was responsible for the Service Request Screen customization. The expectations from me were to understand the requirements of the application and then according to the detailed design I had to customize the application & do the Unit Testing of it. As we were running out of resources after the successful completion of the build & the unit test I was expected to work in the testing team. I quickly understood the functionality of the other part of the call center application & worked with the testing team in finding defects. At the same time I worked on the bug fixing on the part which I had developed.

2) EMC Documentum Compliance Manager Application (Global Medical Repository) The Global Medical Repository application was actually a customization of the Documentum Compliance Manager which was integrated with the Siebel application. This application was a repository of all the medical products. It had medical documents which had to be approved before the product gets into the market. This application was used by a few people who approve a particular medical document for nay of the medicine (product). As it was a very different application than Siebel. I had to understand its functionality & perform the System Testing as well as the Entire Product Testing.

: Department of Work & Pensions, UK Govt. : Public Sector : Siebel 7.8/8.1, UNIX Sun Solaris, Oracle : Siebel 7.7/ 8.1, Informatica Powercenter admin console, Siebel Actuate Admin console, NAGIOS, Moose, Toad and UNIX.
Synopsis: This product dealt with the customization of the Siebel Public Sector 8.1 application as per the client requirement and to introduce a product to the end user. My Role: In this project I was involved in the Development Architecture team & with the help of the Technical Architecture team I had to understand the design of the entire system setup. According to system setup, try to setup all the Siebel servers on different environment. After every build gets completed we had to deploy the build on the servers within 5 Hrs. of time (According to the SLA). As there were around 70 different environments & the time required for the deployment would have exceeded, we had to automate the deployments. With the help of a tool called MOOSE the builds used to be deployed on the respective environments. We had to continuously monitor this tool as there used to be a few issues during deployment. So we had to pause the deployment, check all the servers & correct the issue & continue the deployment again. These deployments were automated & were monitored by me. Once the deployment is finished we had to take care of the user administration issues like DB User creation, automated DB Extracts, User creation in Siebel, Local Siebel database setup, Informatica Server administration & monitoring, Siebel Actuate Server administration & monitoring, Server space monitoring. For all the server related monitoring we had an application called NAGIOS (a tool customized for the Infrastructure monitoring).
Synopsis: Novartis is aleading manufacturer of pharmaceutical products implemented Siebel Wizard Application to streamline the company's Order management process to establish clear rules order configuration across its global operations. This application is to primarily serve the cycle of Order to Billing process to Business users, interacting with other applications and tools ensuring a seamless end-to-end processing. Siebel Pharma 8.0 application customized to keep the track of the stock & demand, supply & delivery of the medical products to the Hospitals & clinics.
