The MG Chemicals range of specialist electronics process materials include a complete group of Conductive Shielding Paints for RFI / EMI screening, high performance Epoxy Potting Compounds including UL approved, thermally & electrically conductive encapsulates and speciality Lubricants, Greases and Adhesives.

RFI / EMI Shielding Coatings Conductive coatings are protective lacquers with electrically conductive materials such as aluminium, copper and nickel impregnated within. They are used on non-conducting casing materials of everyday items like mobile phones, laptops, aeroplanes, cars, instrumentation and drives, and any other electronics that have to shield their sensitive electronic devices from radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Epoxy Potting Compounds These thick film encapsulating and potting coatings are applied at greater than 250um in thickness. The range of applications for the epoxies includes protection of sensitive electronic components from impact, shock, vibration, heat, conductivity, moisture, chemicals. Some products are pigmented to hide the circuitry and others are translucent to allow visual inspection.

One-Part products can be precisely dispensed with automated or manual equipment as Formed-in-place Gasket, Sealants, Structural Adhesives and Protective Coatings.
