Datuk Ir. Ayob Bin Yaakub (Chairman, Co-Founder)

Datuk Ir. Ayob Bin Yaakub is Aylin Secure Shred Sdn Bhd co-founder and Executive Chairman. Born in Malacca, Datuk Ayob began his career with Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) in 1970 upon graduating from the United Kingdom in electrical engineering. After 12 years serving the national power utility, he joined an American company involved in developing and marketing engineering solutions to the local power, Telecom and defense industries. He left the company in 1993 as the Asean Regional Manager and subsequently founded Aylin Services Sdn Bhd as its Managing Director.

Mr Ahmad Rezany Bin Ayob (CEO, Co-founder)

Ahmad Rezany Ayob is Aylin Secure Shred Sdn Bhd co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. Born in Petaling Jaya, Rezany completed his schooling at MCKK and La Salle PJ before completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at La Trobe University and subsequently a Master In Finance at RMIT Melbourne, Australia. A qualified and certified treasury dealer, he started his career at Aseambankers Bhd (Now known as Maybank Investment Berhad) and trained in Corporate Finance and Treasury for 2 years before moving on to join his family business, Aylin Services Sdn Bhd as its General Manager. During this time that he discovered the document destruction industry after an exhibition visit in the United Kingdom and establishes Aylin Secure Shred Sdn Bhd in 2009 after studying the industry for 2 years

Step 1 - Disposal Aylin Secure Shred's secure console is placed in a high-volume paper area in the work environment and used by staff to discard paper-based documentation. We recommend clients to discard all paper irrespective of its importance in the console. This prevents subjectivity in the disposal process and ensures 100% of your information is protected and recycled.

Step 2 - Collection The contents of the console are transferred to a locked wheelie bin to ensure a secure chain of custody and is performed by our security screened Client Service Representatives. The documents remain untouched and are transferred to our shredding vehicle outside your premises.

PROCESS

Step 3 - Shredding Once the bin is raised by the automatic bin lifter, the contents are tipped into the shredding module. It is at this point that our specialised steel blades shred your documents into unrecognisable shreds of paper at a rate of 1.2 tonne of paper weight per hour. We will then issue a Certificate of Destruction before departure from the site.

Step 4 - Recycling At the end of each day the shredded material is offloaded at our various recycling partner state wide. The shredded papers are then sorted and baled before being recycled into many different products.
