Collaborated with fellow leaders to create an engaging environment for children. I was put into intense situations with over thirty children all under the age of five. This allowed me to keep organized and focused on the childrens well fare. The children were to follow rules set up by me and fellow leaders of the group and were to accomplish tasks that were assigned each station we were attending. This opportunity allowed me the environment to interact with children and their parents as well.
