In January 2008 Mr. Henk J TH. Van Stokkom came to visit

KidaneMehiret School and Franciscan Sisters Mission . Late Bishop Leonardus
brought him in our house and therefore we got an opportunity to meet him. In that
time we are in need to get a fence for school compound and we gave the project to
Henk . As we heard from Mr. Henk you accepted that project and sent the cost
22,000 Euro. We received 293,625.19 Birr from the bank .For the construction we
took an agreement with a Contractor who is working in the Vicariate of Nekemte .
His name is Amanuel Olana. When we submitted this project to you the total
calculation was290,525 Birr. The Contractor argued to get some more because of
the cost variation. At that time every materials became expensive. Therefore the
contract agreement done with 293,000Birr. Please find enclosed financial reports,
all original receipts and photographs about the fence construction. Thank you so
much from the core of my heart for supporting us to continue our mission .
Through Mr. Henk we came to know your organization and to receive your
generosity .
May I express my heartfelt gratitude to you Henk . You are
our guard angel for this project . When you visit our home we feit one of our
brother came to home . Really we appreciate your special care ,concern and
collaboration. We received the calendar which you sent to us . It is wonderfui.

to you and friends of Stichting Dijkverzawaring Organization . May the good God
bless you abundantly . When Mr. Henk visited in October the Construction was not
finished at that time. Now the school compound became more beautiful . Really we
are remembering you in our daily prayers.
Mr. Henk ,we remind you the next project for nth &12th school building .Soon we
will send to you that project too. We are keeping our full hope in you. Thank you

This agreement made and entered into at Nekemte by and between Kidane Mehiret
School running by FRANCISCAN SISTERS and Ato Amanuel Olana.
SCOPE OF THE WORKS
The Contractor shall furnish all Materials , Equipment and Labour and any other
requirement and perform all the works as shows on the plan provided by the
contractor and do everything required for the satisfactory completion of the works
within the time limit.
The Investor shall pay to the Contractor for fulfilling of this agreement the sum of
Birr 293,000 (TWO HUNDRED NINTY THREE THOUSAND)
CONTRACT TIME
Work as laid down in the contract shall commence at the handing over of the
site and shall be completed within 90 working days .
