Tomatoe Medium 5 Onlon 3 medium mustard seeds 1 tea spoon cooking Oil 5 Table spoons Salt to taste Chilli powder 2 tea spoon Garam Masala 1 tea spoon

Cut Onion and Tomatoes seperately in to fine pieces.. Then In vessel put some oil and when heated put mustard and then add onion, when it turns golden add tomatoe and rest of the ingredients.. and cook in slow flame untill all the water evoparates. Add little oil/Butter/Ghee if required. Garnish with Coriander leaves and Njoy it with chapathi, roti...
