6th Annual Food & Wine Classic – May 31, 2009

The Event: Montalvo Arts Center’s historic Villa and grounds will once again be converted into a
food and wine lover's paradise, featuring 19 of the best chefs and restaurants in California, along
with 22 of the region’s finest wineries. Chefs and winemakers will chat with guests as they
prepare and serve their unique creations. Bid on rare and limited edition wines and special
dining and travel packages during a live and silent auction.

Ticket prices: $175/person, $150/Members ($125/$100 of ticket price is tax-deductible),

Premiere “Grand Cru” Package: $2,500, Includes 10 tickets to the event, private wine tasting at
5:00 pm, and chauffeured limousine service to and from Montalvo (five hours, one pickup and
delivery site.

weekend and holidays excluded. Montalvo caterers and all event costs assumed by
corporation. Does not include use of the grounds, catering, beverages, linens or equipment
not owned by Montalvo. Please note that due to extensive use of the Villa, particularly
during the summer months, dates are limited. Cannot combine this offer with a paid rental.
