7.how Do You Feel Working Nights & Weekends

Sir, I usually have the habit of finishing my assigned work in due date.
In case our company needs my extra effort I ll surely do this for our company welfare. I ll not bother whether it is night time or weekends.

It's quite normal for anyone. When ever a situation arises such that the work has to be completed within a particular time and if we feel that there is not much time left to get the job done within the deadlines, then one should feel responsible to work in nights and weekends inorder to meet the deadlines.

Well Sir, working at week ends or at nights all agree is not normal but if a situation arises were one need it to address the problem for the wellbeing of the organization we have to be there and solve it irrespective of the fact weather it is night or a week end.

I believe on completing my tasks within given time limit. I know every company has some time limits for ever projects for completion. If there is necessity for extra hours working at night and weekend I will surely do it as its beneficial to me to gain more knowledge and experience and form company's profit as well.

Actually I feel working nights may not be comfortable on some cases weekends will do if company demands, but not always.

My previous works are in shifts on night time and on week ends. I prefer doing work on day time but I am flexible so working night shifts and weekends is not an issue and I will happily be doing the work for the company's betterment.

Yes sir. Surely I will do the work in nights and weekends to develop our company. I won't get tired because I will be enthusiastic to do the work and make other colleagues to do their job. Because its our company and each person who is working is a part of it.

I respect others belief in my skills and responsibilities. If I am not able to finish the task assigned to me in time, I would work at nights and weekends without any second thought. And also If and when a situation demands that my work is mandatory I need not be asked, I would be there first.

I feel very very Anxity because some of my friends said if we r anxity means we r going to gain some thing ,if we r lazy means we r going to loose everything, so loose anything for ur best carreer but don't loose ur best carreet for any thing. So be anxity to do any work at any time.

If it is on a regular basis i would say no, because considering three factors family, work and money. I would choose family because for family only I need money, for money i am working. so it is all related with family only. But if it is some urgent task I would be happy to work late.

Sir, being a fresher I am likely to be much energetic. I can do the work late night. But I deliberately not prefer late night work unless it is urgent. Rather I will try my best to accomplish my work in the office hours itself. Late night working will rather affect my very efficiency on the next day in office. On the weekend since all the hours are mine, I can do the work conveniently.

Sir, every company wants the projects to be completed within deadline and I know how important it is for that company. Since I am a fresher to your company I may be little slower in doing the work when compared to others already working in that company. So without any second thought I will do my best working till late hours for the improvement of our company and after I pickup fastness in my work then I reduce that late hours as much as possible to spend the rest of my time for my family.
