    The Albany County Sheriffs Office is currently investigating a shots fired call that occurred todays date at approximately 3:20AM in the Town of Berne. Deputies responded to the area of 248 Stewart Rd. for a report of guns shots. The complainant stated, someone had fired several rounds at two of their vehicles which were parked in their driveway. Deputies recovered a dozen spent 7.62mm shell casings at the scene. Deputies also found several bullet holes in two of the vehicles parked in the driveway. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call the Albany County Sheriffs Office at (518) 765-2352
