    STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

    The study is made taking consideration of E- Banking of HDFC and ICICI bank . It investigates about all applications of E- Banking in HDFC and ICICI. It would help society to understand the usefulness of E- Banking. The study will also help to get the knowledge about process of E- Banking and usefulness to banking industry. As the study contains the 360 degree information regarding HDFC , ICIC and its E - Banking facilities.

    OBJECTIVES OF STUDY

    To study the awareness of internet banking among the customers of ICICI & HDFC banks. To know about effects of E - Banking in India Find the customer satisfaction relating to E - Banking service. To get aware of various aspects of E - Banking
