The undersigned parent or guardian understands that the applicant will be engaging in physical activity during the program which contains an inherent risk of physical injury, and the undersigned assumes this risk and releases the Bison Basketball Camp and Bucknell University, their officers, directors, agents and employees from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of the applicants participation in the camp program. I hereby grant permission for my son to be treated by a licensed physician or a member of the athletic training staff for any injury, accident, illness, or other mishap. I further agree to pay through my insurance company or otherwise for any medical treatment that may be necessary. I certify that my child is in good health and is able to participate in all camp activities.

High school varsity level and junior varsity level divisions. If appropriate, we will split each division based on strength of teams.

COACH PAULSEN is completing his fifth season after leading his teams to back to back Patriot League Regular Season Championships and 25 win seasons. Paulsen, a two-time winner of Patriot League Coach of the Year Honors and a finalist for the Hugh Durham Mid-Major Coach of the Year, led his team to the second round of the 2012 NIT after defeating #1 seed Arizona on the road. This came a year after he guided the Bison to the 2011 NCAA tournament where they lost to eventual NCAA Champion Connecticut. His squads are known for their fundamentally sound style of play, and have been among the national leaders the past three seasons in defensive rebounding percentage, defensive field goal percentage, fewest turnovers, three point field goal percentage, and free throw percentage. Prior to coming to Bucknell, Paulsen spent eight highly successful season as the head coach at Williams College, where he guided his 2003 team to the Division III National Championship and his 2004 squad to a national runner-up finish. A two time National Coach of the Year while at Williams, Paulsen has won well over 300 games in eighteen years as a collegiate head coach at St. Lawrence, LeMoyne, Williams, and Bucknell.

COLLEGE PROSPECTS CAMP WHO:

Option 1:

1 day team shootout with tournament format on Sunday, June 9 Each team guaranteed four games Certified officials provided for all varsity games Opportunity for practice time Bucknell coaches available to conduct a practice session with your team Coaches clinic and NCAA eligibility lectures conducted

Very serious and motivated players entering grades 9-12, who have a burning desire to play collegiate basketball Enrollment will be limited in number to ensure maximum individual attention Coaching staff will be comprised of college coaches from across the nation who understand firsthand the demands and requirements for playing basketball at the various levels in college

WHAT:

Option 2:

In addition to Option 1, play 2 additional games and have an intensive player development skill session on Saturday, June 8

WHEN:

1 day shootout begins on Sunday at 9:00 a.m. and will conclude by 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening Saturday bonus session will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and conclude by 9:00 p.m. Saturday evening.

Participate in typical college practices Advanced skill instruction designed to prepare you for playing at the highest level Instruction by position Optional extra help sessions with current Bucknell coaches and players Special clinic sessions with Bucknell players and coaches each day Extremely competitive games and contests against other college prospects Seminar on college admissions and recruiting process Exposure to plyometrics, agility, and strength training techniques Registration will be from 10-12:00 Noon on Friday, June 21st, with the first on-court session beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Camp will conclude by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22 $350 for resident camper and $325 for commuter camper (includes meals) Pro-rated fee of $150 per day (no lodging)

SOJKA PAVILION will be the headquarters for Bison Basketball Camps. Completed in 2004, it is one of the finest mid-size arenas in the nation. For camp purposes, there are three full courts in the Pavilion, with an additional four full courts in Davis Gymnasium and the Gerhard Fieldhouse. Campers will have access to the beautiful Kinney Natatorium and will stay in Bucknell dormitories and eat in the campus dining center. The combined dorm, dining, and athletic facilities provide Bison Basketball campers one of the finest experiences in the nation!
How to Apply: Mail in your application, making sure to indicate which session of Bison Basketball Camp you wish to attend. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve a campers place with the balance due one week prior to the first day of camp.

$350 per team for 1 day shootout. $450 per team for shootout plus Saturday bonus sessions. We are holding a room block at local hotels for out of town teams. The camp will conclude by 4 p.m. on Weds. June 26. $440 for overnight camper, $400 for commuter camper Pro-rated fee of $100 per day
