NOTES (READ ME): 1. I think we can exclude the DoD goals and focus on Commerce, Energy, and EPA.

a. Department of Energy Budget i. http://energy.gov/about-us/budget-performance b. EPA Budget i. http://www.epa.gov/planandbudget/ c. Department of Commerce Budget i. http://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/budge t/fy2013/assets/commerce.pdf

2. The excel file included lists the large accounts, the way I narrowed down the list is by taking the averages from 1976-2017 and 20082017 and if those numbers were greater than 100,000 I kept them on the list. 3. I also think that we should focus on the accounts that I listed since they are the ones that have a significant amount of money in it. Accordingly, our goals and project information should match the accounts that I listed. 4. EPA Research/Information one of the accounts pertains to the EPA Superfund. Link (a) is just some general information about it while link (b) lists the sites that are priorities (National Priorities List)
