Inghetata raw de avocado si kiwi Ingrediente: un avocado, doua fructe de kiwi, zeama de la un sfert de lamaie, jumatate de conserva de ananas (fara zeama). Timpul de preparare este minim. Kiwi si avocado se curata, se adauga celelalte ingrediente si se mixeaza cu blenderul sau cu robotul de bucatarie, pana se obtine o pasta omogena. Se introduce la congelator. Daca nu va plac cristalele de gheata, puteti sa o scoateti la intervale de jumatate de ora (de vreo doua ori) si sa amestecati bine Smoothie de avocado Prepararea este o mica joaca. Taie fructele in bucati mari, pune mierea, laptele, apa si gheata in blender si omogenizezi totul din cateva impusuri. Ca sa prepari un pahar mare de smoothie de avocado ai nevoie de o jumatate de avocado, o jumatate de mar, trei sferturi de cana de lapte (de care preferi, dar noi iti recomandam sa-l alegi pe cel degresat), douatrei linguri cu apa, cuburi de gheata, o lingurita cu miere. Broccoli cu ciuperci Ingrediente: - o lingura de margarina cu continut scazut de sare - 800 gr brocoli - 2 cepe taiate - 200 gr de ciuperci taiate - 200 gr faina alba - 2 linguri de praf de copt - 200 gr lapte degresat - 400 gr branza mozzarela degresata Mod de preparare: Se incalzeste cuptorul la 350 grade; se unge o tava intinsa cu putin ulei. Intr-o tigaie se topeste margarina si se adauga brocoli, ceapa, ciupercile si se inabusesc timp de 5 minute. Intr-un bol se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, se adauga laptele si se amesteca pana cand compozitia devine omogena. Peste compozitie se adauga mixul de brocoli cu ciuperci si ceapa, si mozzarela; se amesteca apoi se aseaza in tava si se prepara la cuptor timp e 35 de minute. La sfarsit se lasa putin la racit si se serveste. Salata de ciuperci cu paste 500 de grame de ciuperci (ingredientele sunt pentru patru portii), cinci-sase catei de usturoi, o legatura de patrunjel proaspat, o lingura de suc de lamaie, sare, piper, trei linguri de ulei, 500 de grame de paste. Toaca ciupercile in bucati mari, toaca marunt usturoiul si patrunjelul, stoarce sucul de lamaie si rade putina coaja de lamaie (un varf de lingurita). Pune uleiul la incins si adauga ciupercile si usturoiul. Amesteca si adauga un strop de sare (cu grija pentru ca pastele au fiet in apa cu sare). Caleste bine pana cand ciupercile lasa suc si se inmoaie. Adauga patrunjelul, o lingura de suc de lamaie, putina coaja de lamaie si patrunjelul tocat. Amesteca. Adauga piper mult, proaspat macinat. Rastoarna totul peste paste, inclusiv sosul. Ciuperci cu paste ciuperci (vreo 500-600 de grame), putine paste (200 de grame), ideale fiind spaghetele, trei catei de usturoi, o legatura de verdeata, sare, piper mult, o lingura de parmezan ras, doua linguri de ulei. Cand cartofii sunt fierti scurge apa si pune-i intr-un vas. Pune sare, piper si ulei, cat sunt inca foarte calzi, pentru ca uleiul sa intre in cartofi. Adauga, dupa ce s-au racorit, ceapa, maslinele si verdeata tocata foarte marunt. Salata trebuie sa stea la temperatura camerei o ora inainte de a fi servita cu suc proaspat de lamaie.
