On 01/19/05, Detective Brian Wolf obtained a search and seizure warrant for 8192 Del Haven Road, Dundalk MD. 21222. The Honorable
Judge Russell signed the warrant. On 1/21/05, the search and seizure warrant was executed at 8192 Del Haven Rd, Dundalk MD. 21222. The
nore County Tactical Unit made entry and secured the occupants of the location. A police involved shooting occurred during the entry
or location. See report CC# 050210200 by Ofc. Clark #4664. Baltimore County Homicide Unit responded to the scene to conduct the
investigation pertaining to the police involved shooting. At approximately 1000 hours Baltimore County Homicide Unit relinquished the
scene to Narcotics Units. Prior to narcotics units taking the scene, the following individuals were arrested and transported back to Precinct 12,
Sarah Katherine Betz, Charles Raymond Noel and Matthew Marion Noel.r A search was~conducted of the residence with the following items
being seized by Det. Aiosa.

The following items were located in the master bedroom:

l)Greenish/brown vegetable matter located in an ashtray on the dresser.
2) Eight unknown white pills located on top of the dresser.
3) Pack of rolling papers located on the dresser.
4) One round of .357 caliber located in the dresser drawer.
5) Hand held scale located in the dresser drawer.
6) Silver pipe with residue located in gym bag on the floor.
7) Plastic baggie with greenish/brown vegetable matter located in the dresser drawer.

2) Black speed loader for revolver style pistol located in the drawer.
3) Greenish/brown stems located above stove on the shelf.

5) One gun box for a .22 caliber Phoenix Anns Model HP-22 nickel finish with serial number 406482 located hi the drawer.

7) Two unknown pills located on the spice rack.

Defendant Charles Noel was located in the masterbedroom when entry was made. Defendant Matthew Noel and Sarah Betz were located in
the basement when entry was made. Tactical officers stated that suspect Matthew Noel threw the glass bong, which was recovered from the
floor, when officers came down the stairs.

All items were seized and packaged per departmental policy and submitted for analysis. All defendants were arrested and transported back to
Precinct 12 for processing. Ofc. Cortes #3633 from the Baltimore County Bomb Squad responded to the location and removed gas cylinders,
ammunition, primers, black powder and smokeless powder, Det. Aiosa took all other items.
