EVENT INFORMATION
Dates: Wed-Friday, May 29-31st Full Field: 60 Professionals and 30 Pro-am Teams. Invitation List:
Top 10 VGT Members on 2013 VGT MAJORS OOM as of May 9th (not already inside the first 25 VGT Majors members paid). Top 5 VGT Pro Members on 2012 VGT Order of Merit (must be a 13 Majors Member). The first 25 VGT Majors Members entered with payment (Professionals). The first 15 PGA TOUR Canada or PGA of CANADA Professionals not in exempt status above, entered with payment 5 WCGG sponsors invitations (Professionals or Championship Amateurs looking for a sponsors invitation or to be placed on a priority wait list in case of all invitation spots not being filled are asked to contact Tim Fuchihara at the Tournament Office by phone at (604) 4659380 or by email at tfuchihara@wcgg.ca). REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All players on the invitation list above have until May 15th at 6pm to confirm their registration with Tim Fuchihara at the West Coast Golf Group. After that time, entries will be open to those players registered with payment and waiting to play on the alternate list.

Entry Fees:
Professionals: $300.00+GST. (Pros are free if they bring a full Pro-am team) Amateurs: $500+GST/player (Team of 3 Amateurs and 1 Pro = full team)

Wednsday, May 29th Round One @ Belmont Golf Course
7:00 am - 1st and 10th tee start at Belmont GC (Pros only in 3-somes)

Thursday, May 30th Round Two @ Hazelmere Golf Course

7:00 am - 1st and 10th tee-start at Hazelmere GC (Pros only in 3-somes). The Top 20 players and ties after 36-holes make the cut to play the final day. PRO-AM SHOTGUN @ 1:30PM - NOTE: All pros that make cut plus those who bring own team MUST PLAY IN THE PRO-AM AND ATTEND THE PROAM DINNER. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from event. There will be a $2,000 SKINS GAME for the pro-am but scores in the pro-am will not count for the 54-hole Championship. *Lunch is provided for the top 20 pros + ties on May 30th in the lounge prior to the Pro-am where teams will be announced. *Amateurs lunch will be provided in power carts; pros will ride with amateurs (teams of 3 amateurs and one pro)

Friday, May 31st Final Round @ Swaneset Bay Resort Course

7:00am 1st tee start at Swaneset Bay Resort Course. Top 20 pros and ties make the cut to play the final day. Professionals will play in 2-somes.

Total Purse: $34,500. $2,000 Pro-Am Skins Game; $32,500 in 54-Hole purse Team Makeup
Teams will consist of a VGT, PGA Canada or PGA TOUR Canada Professional and three (3) amateurs. Individual amateurs or teams without a host professional are encouraged to contact Tim Fuchihara at the Tournament Office for assistance in gaining entry into the event either by phone at (604) 465-9380 or by email at tfuchihara@wcgg.ca. Team spots will be guaranteed on a first-come, first-paid basis until May 14th, 2013 or until the tournament is full whichever comes first.

Team Handicaps
Handicaps must be verified by GOLF CANADA, USGA, or other certified golf association. Valid GOLF CANADA or USGA numbers are preferred for amateurs to compete for individual low gross and low net prizes. The tournament committee reserves all right to review and adjust individual handicaps as necessary. Handicap factors will be frozen approximately 1 week prior to the event.

Tournament Format
18 - Hole Pro-am Event
3 Amateurs and one Pro will play Hazelmere Golf Course (1:30pm Shotgun) Scoring Format: The Best 2 net scores out of 4 over 18 holes will be counted to determine the overall winning team. Male Amateurs will play from the following tees: 0-8 Blue tees; 9+ White tees Female Amateurs will play from the following tees: Red Tees Team prizes will be based on 18 Hole/ 2-best ball scores Individual low gross and net prizes in each handicap flight. (Note: To compete for individual prizes, players must score on every hole!). Daily on-course contests for Pros & Amateurs

Amateur Entry Includes:

18 Holes with one of Canadas top PGA or Tour Professional including cart. Boxed Lunch, Deluxe Buffet Dinner and approximately $250 in tee-gifts Hole-in-one prizing, individual, team and predominantly draw prizes

54 - Hole Professional Championship

Professional gross scores over the first two rounds will be used to determine a 36-hole cut to the top 20 scores plus ties. The top 20 and ties will play in the afternoon Pro-am on Tuesday, May 30th at Hazelmere Golf Course for a $2,000 skins game and continue on day three on the Swaneset Bay Resort Course (scores from the Pro-am will not count for 54-Hole Pro Championship!) Based on a full field of 60, Professionals will compete for total purse of $32,500 with first place prize of $7,500. Professionals 54-hole scores will determine their position in this event. The Order of Merit Points won in this event will count towards the 13 CLEVELAND/SRIXON Order of Merit (VGT Regular Series) and the 13 VGT MAJORS SERIES Order of Merit.
