1. This is just a tentative offer. ORBITZ Corporate & Leisure Travel

(I) Pvt Ltd is not holding any accommodation / air seats for you at the moment. On receipt of registration amount, we will then request for your Hotel Accommodation. The rates mentioned above are as of now and all subject to change / availability. 2. For booking procedures, you will be required to pay a non refundable deposit of Rs. 35,000/- per person at the time of booking. 3. On confirmation of your booking, the entire USD / INR payment for the above package needs to be settled maximum 45 days prior to departure. 4. The International Check-in time :- 1400 hrs & check-out time is 1200 hrs 5. Any increase in the rate of exchange can lead to an increase in the cost of surface transportation & other land arrangements, which can come into effect prior to departure, the difference will have to be paid by the passenger directly to ORBITZ. 6. All prices of the hotel are subject to change without notice due to delay or change in management of suppliers. In case of non-availability of hotel, alternate options will be suggested which may involve any increase in price and hotels 7. Any overstay expenses due to delay or change or cancellation in flight will be on the passenger's own & ORBITZ will not be held liable for such expenses. However, we will provide assistance to the best of our abilities. 8. No refund will be provided for any unutilized services. 9.
