COLOMBARD CHARDONNAY (France) Very refined bouquet ,leading to notes of peach and floral hues. Fresh and supple with lingering, pleasant after-taste. THE BLACK SHEEP SAUVIGNON BLANC (NZ) Crystalline fresh with all the qualities one would associate with a white from this region. Aroma of green apple with just a hint of citrus. A very pristine white. VALDELAINOS (Spain) This is white wine is very fresh, tasty and expressive with good length. It is very similar to a Sauvignon Blanc but rounder and fruitier.
