Applications are invited by the Director, Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research, Puducherry-605 006 from eligible candidates for the following categories of post on Contract Basis initially for a period of six months:-

1. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR for the department of ClinicalImmunology:

Age Limit:

Not exceeding 50 years as on closing date.

Essential Qualification for the post of Assistant Professor:

i. A Medical qualification included in the I or II Schedule or Part II of the third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in part II or third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section13 (3) of the Act. A Postgraduate qualification, D.M in Clinical Immunology.

EXPERIENCE: Three years teaching experience in Resident/Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor. the Immunology in a recognized Medical College as

Salary :Rs.87,000/- per month (Consolidated)

2. LECTURER (Laboratory Services)for the department of ClinicalImmunology: Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on closing date.

Essential Qualification for the post of Lecturer:

A Postgraduate qualificationi.e, M. Sc in Immunology& Microbiology.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of Two years Teaching/ Research experience in the Immunology after completing M.Sc. Salary : Rs.37,500/- per month (Consolidated)
