Zemin Etd Makinalar (zellikle hem kamyona monte hem de paletli olan PSM-8G ve PSM-16G modelleri), Jeotermal Enerji Makinalar (PSM-8GT ve PSM16GT) ve Tnel Makinalar (ST-15, ST-30, PST-60, ST120) ki bunlar tam ve veya yarm kesite gre dizayn edilmitir. Bunlara ek olarak, Soilmec, 3 ve 5 tonluk kapasitelerdeki ok ynl PSM-3 ve PSM-5 modellerini rnleri arasna dahil etmitir. Bu makinalarn kullanm alanlar, dar ve kstl blgelerdeki minikazk, ankraj ve Jet-grouting uygulamalardr. Robust yaps ve dizaynlar sayesinde, PSM-20, SM18 ve SM-21 modelleriyle, daha geni apl ve boyutlu kazk ve jet uygulamalar da yaplabilmektedir. SOILMEC PSM-8G in Turkey

ver the past few years, Soilmec have endeavored to considerably broaden its horizons in the microdrilling field. In the new manufacturing facility located in Asolo, near Treviso (north-east Italy) spreading over an outdoor area of 13000 m2, 8,000 m2 of indoor space, Soilmec will be designing, assembling and testing the entire microdrilling and tunneling range. In doing so, Soilmec set to meet the stringent requirements of ground engineering specialists with a vast production ranging from 3 to 35 ton hydraulic rigs, with an ample choice of fixed and articulated booms, and from 15 to 120 ton for tunneling equipment. Each model name, indicates the weight class of the rig. The range includes dedicated equipment for Soil Investigations (specifically PSM-8G & PSM-16G in both crawler and truck mounted versions), low enthalpy Geothermal Energy (PSM-8GT & PSM-16GT) and tunneling (ST-15, ST-30, PST-60, ST-120), more precisely half and full section consolidations. The latest additions, the versatile PSM-3 & PSM-5, which respectively position into 3 and 5 ton class market segments, can perform micropiles, tie-backs and jet grouting treatments. They are conceived and designed to execute renovations and consolidations in restricted areas. The PSM-8 and SM-14, with a selection of articulations, can perform drilling works of various applications, including jet grouting treatments to depths of 12 and 16.5 m. Thanks to their robust structure, PSM-20, SM-18 and SM-21 are for larger drilling and consolidation works. They all have increased hoist & feed systems as well as high torque power. For very deep jet grouting treatments and vertical drilling, SM-30 completes the range. This rig can in fact reach treatment depths of 55 m At the beginning of March, Turkey's first unit of PSM-8G, a very modern and strong, boring and micro-piling rig, has started to work. And its first project, PSM-8G has become very succesfull and highly appreciated. PSM-8G, designed mainly for geognostic use, it can also be used for conventional continuos diamond coring and for wireline coring up to depths of 350 m. The high-precision coring is the result of the rig's fixed kinetic mechanism with a large section drill mast which also houses the push-pull piston system, not only ensuring hydraulic balance, but also more gradual manoeuvring that protects the tool and the sample. Main features: -rotation head with 6 ratio gearbox with a maximum velocity of 700 rpm -fixed kinetic mechanism can be tilted +/-15, -extraction capacity of 9500 kg, -hydraulic balance, -wire-line winch with 350 m capacity, -triplex pump 185 l/45 bar A range of optional accessories make the rig particularly versatile for applying alternative technologies in the fields of environmental investigation, deep exploration for water and geothermal applications.
