    County of Brant Mayor, Ron Eddy, also known as Ronald E.F. Eddy, charted land transactions involving Walton International Group (Calgary, Alberta and Scottsdale, Arizona), including the 'sale' of his farm to the Doherty managed corporation. The Mayor's holdings once consisted of what seemed to be three properties at the south-east corner of German School Rd and Kitchen School Rd, in Paris, Ontario. In 2005, the Mayor transferred a 0.15 acre 'part' to Ed McGuire, for $90,000. This is shown as map 2R-6153. The address for service for McGuire is apparently Paris Jewellers, in Paris, Ontario. Two years after the transfer, in 2007, McGuire transferred the property back to the Mayor, for $120,000. Brantford law firm Waterous, Holden, Amey, Hitchon LLP represented both parties to this transaction. Two years later (2009), the Mayor transferred 2R-6153, and a 'part' known as 2R-7102, consisting of roughly 150 acres of farmland, to 1662718 Ontario Inc. for $2,411,241. 1662718 Ontario Inc. is associated with Walton International Group. On the same day, 1662718 Ontario Inc. financed the property with a $2,411,241 debenture to Walton Income 1 Investment Corporation. GSH Limited Partnership, "A.K.A. Gowlings" according to land docs, is now GLH LP, described as "space, supplies and services for law firm" 2013 04 06 revised to include Gowlings CEO and Chief Executive Officer Scott Jolliffe, aka "R. Scott Jolliffe", "member of the Gowlings International Strategic Advisory Group" and Canadian Bar Association Task Force on Conflicts of Interest chair All measurements are approximate and unverified.
