Brief History & Introduction to Lakshmi Vacuum Technologies

Lakshmi Vacuum - Since its inception, LVT has successfully built & supplied 27 state - of - the - art vacuum furnaces to the Tool & Die, automotive components, fasteners and aerospace components industries in india. At LVT we design, manufacture, refurbish and repair all kinds of vacuum heat treatment furnaces and can manufacture and design state - of - the - art custom made furnaces as per the customers requirements. We also manufacture Plasma Nitriding furnaces suiting to the requirements of the customer's application. Our design, development, manufacturing and installation & service team has rich and varied experience in all aspects with regards this high technology product engineering, designing, manufacturing and servicing. Our expert team consist of : Shri. L.N. Prasad ( CEO & MD, LVT ) : He has designed, built and pioneered successfully the business of manufacturing, servicing, designing and refurbishing / Servicing / Automating of vacuum heat treatment furnaces and has been serving the industry for the past 20 years. Shri David Pye ( Pye Metallurgy, USA) : An expert metallurgist and has been working in the field of Vacuum Heat Treatment with emphasis on ION nitriding, who apart from practically involving in this technology development has authored several technical papers and books for the past four decades and has been a important member of ASMI, USA and has been a consultant to NADCAP. Shri. A. Gopalan ( Director Technical, LVT ) : An expert metallurgist, having served in the field of Vacuum Heat Treatment Technology having over 40 years of working experience with the best Aerospace, Tooling industries in India and has been closely associated with most of the engineering companies in the country. Shri. K. Kanchi Vardaiah ( Director , LVT ) : A well known expert metallurgist having served various Engineering companies has been closely associated with various researches and has authored several technical papers and books to help and enhance the knowledge on various tool steel metals used by the industries commonly and to further enhance the metallurgical knowledge of steels used. Shri VT Chandrasekaran : Has designed and developed various instrument, Power electronics equipments for the past three decads, to cater to temperature electrical power metering products.. Versa Treat VHF series Horizontal front-loading furnaces are available with 6 Bar / 10 Bar / 15 Bar Inert Gas o Quench facility at 1320 C & medium Vacuum Options for Higher temperatures of up to 1800 C & High Vacuum are also available. Non - standard chamber / hot zone sizes can also be custombuilt as per specifications. choice of Graphite / Molybdenum insulation & heating elements are also avilable. All models are with PC based SCADA control system with remote access software. PID controls with PLC are also available as an option.
