HALL ON FEBRUARY 28, 2006 AT 9:00 A.M. RESOLUTION NO. 2006 027 (Sponsored by Hon. Warlord A. Alunday) RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HONORABLE RAMON REVILLA, JR., SENATOR, REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE BALLAWATAN UPPER TALAMA FARM TO MARKET ROAD, BULANAO, TABUK, KALINGA. WHEREAS, the continuous heavy rains during and after Typhoon Agaton have cause severe damages to infrastructure in the Province of Kalinga so that it was declared in a State of Calamity; WHEREAS, one of the severely damaged roads is the Ballawatan Upper Talama Farm to Market Road making it difficult for affected farmers to transport their farm products to the market; WHEREAS, since the local government unit cannot provide the wherewithal, it is imperative that the request be made to an alternative and sure source to fund the rehabilitation of said road; NOW THEREFORE: Be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby done, that Senator Ramon Revilla, Jr. be respectfully requested to fund the rehabilitation of the Ballawatan-Upper Talama Farm to Market Road, Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga Province in the amount of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00); RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of photos and estimated project cost are hereby attached to justify the request; RESOLVED FINALLY, furnishing copies hereof to Senator Ramon Revilla, Jr. for his benevolent action. Adopted this 28th day of February 2006 on motion of Honorable Warlord A.
