Sunday between the hours of midday and sunset Between Christmas Day and the following New Years Day or any public holiday gazetted in substitution for that New Years Day (both days inclusive). Vessels with engines used for propulsion at a speed of no more than 5 knots which is solely for the purpose of coaching rowing crews.
