    Please do not relax and compromise on your own house security even though we are living in a Gated & Guarded Community. All necessary precautions and care must be exercised at all times to ensure your own safety. We simply cannot depend on the few guards at the guardhouse to ensure our protection. Meanwhile, steps are being taken to tighten the security and improvement

    1.RESIDENTVEHICLEACCESSCARD
    Residentsshallusetheirownvehicleaccesscardtoenter/exitfromDAnjung.Addietionalcardsmaybe purchasedfromRA.Residentswithoutvehicleaccesscardshallregisterthemselvesatthesecurity guardhouseinordertogainaccess

    2.VISITORS/INVITATIONGUESTS/SERVICESPROVIDERPASS
    Securitypersonnelarerequiredtoregistervisitors/event/functioninvitationguests/servicesprovider beforeallowingaccessintoDAnjungbytakingtheirdriverslicenseinexchangeforaVisitor/Service ProviderPass.TheVisitorPass/ServiceProviderPassshallbedisplayedonthevehicledashboardatall timeswhileinsideDAnjung.Thesecuritypersonnelshallwritethehouseaddresswherethevisitor/guest/ serviceproviderintendstogoonthenumberingcardwhichisattachedtothedrivinglicensewhile safekeepingthem. (Residentswhointendstoholdevent/functionpleasereaditemno.9) Note:Examplesofservicescontractorareaircond,pestcontrol,gas,electrician,astro,telecom,plumber, cleaner,tutors,babysitter,laundry,landscape,etc.

    3.FREQUENTVISITORPASS
    ResidentswithfrequentorregularvisitorsmayapplyforFrequentVisitorPassatRAofficeduringnormal officehour,subjecttoprevailingfees,terms&conditions.Residentsareadvisedtobringalongapassport sizecolourphotooftheirfrequentorregularvisitorduringtheirapplication.

    4.RENOVATIONPASS
    AllrenovationcontractorsmustbecheckedforapprovaldocumentationandasetofcolouredRenovation PassissuedbyRA.One(1)passshallbesurrenderedtothesecuritypersonneluponentryandtheother wornbythecontractoratalltimeswhileinsideDAnjung.Contractorswhoareunabletoproducetheir colourpassduringspotchecksbysecuritywillbeevictedandbarredfromentryinthefuture.Thesecurity personnelareauthorisedtocheckandinspectrenovationcontractorsvehiclebeforetheyexitDAnjung

    5.RENOVATIONHOURS
    Renovationhoursareasfollows: MonFri0800hrsto1800hrs Sat0800hrsto1200hrs Sun&PublicHolidayNotallowed i)Nocontractorshallbeallowedtocarryoutanyrenovationbeyondtheallowedstipulatedperiods. ii)Contractingworkersarestrictlynotallowedtostayinthehousebeingrenovated

    Note:Deliveryofhomeappliances,furniture,decorativeitemspurchasedbyresidentsarealloweduntil2230hrs, fromMondaytoSunday

    6.ENFORCEMENT
    TheSecurityOfficerisresponsibleforcarryingoutrandomchecksorspotchecksoncontractorscarrying outrenovationinsidethepremisetoensurethatnocontractorshaveslippedthroughtheregistration processandtoensurethatthesurroundingareawheretherenovationisbeingcarriedoutisfreefrom constructiondebrisandmaterialpotentiallycausinghazardtoroadusersorresidents.

    7.ESCORT
    Taxis,visitors,includingotherindividualsandforeignersmustbeescortedtothesaidaddressifthereare anyreasontosuspectthattheindividualmaybeapotentialthreattothecommunityssafetyandsecurity. ItiscompulsoryforsecuritypersonneltoescortanyvisitorsattemptingtoenterintoDAnjungbetween 0300hrsto0500hrs.

    8.HOUSEALARM
    Securitypersonnelshallinvestigatewhenanyhousealarmistriggeredatalltimes

    9.EVENTS/FUNCTIONHELDBYOWNER/RESIDENT
    ResidentsholdinganeventorfunctionshallensurethatproperpriornotificationisprovidedtoRaorto securityguardinordertofacilitateandexpediteregistrationofguestsonthedayoftheevent/function.The registrationprocessattheguardhouseisstrictlyasperitemno.2above.Theresidentsareresponsibleto ensurethattheirguestsabidebytherules&regulationswhileinsidethepremisesofDAnjungatalltimes. Thesecuritypersonnelisnotobligatedtocoordinate
