SIKORSKY GLOBAL HELICOPTERS, Coatesville, PA S92 Avionics Completions Technician Responsibilities: Built custom S92 helicopters for account executives and international clients. Each product had a base value of $20 million. Performed routine maintenance and modifications, as needed which included analysis, repair and calibration of avionics electrical equipment. Also utilized avionics principles, advanced functions and application of electrical theory. Experience in diagnosing problems and determining needed repairs for malfunctions in electronic systems; making repairs that required the use of precision measuring and calibration equipment; using complex test equipment such as watt meters, air data test sets, pitot test sets, and special test panels; demonstrating the ability to interpret technical manuals, specifications and publications. Regardless of increased pressure across competitive brands, the S92 Completions department helped increase Sikorskys brand awareness across the industry by 17% (in house study), by completing 90% of customer orders on an annual basis.

Selected to be 1 of 4 avionics technicians to fly to South Korea and complete three VIP orders for the South Korean President. Exceeded customer expectations by working 14 hours for five consecutive weeks. Product was completed 2 days in advance. Estimated sales value: $90 million Successfully delivered eighteen S92 search and rescue (SAR) helicopters for the Saudi Arabian government with a combined project value of over $1.2 Billion US.
