Led opening of more than 50 new franchise retail operations in Asia and many military bases throughout the world from 2004 thru 2008. Spearheaded strategic planning programs for 275 company operations and 550 franchise locations in the US, Asia, and numerous military installations.

Over five year period, grew customer satisfaction score from 55% to 78%, increased customer retention to 40% for new customers and 80% for existing customers Grew sales and profits of Valvoline to 8%+ annually for the past 5 years in a row during an industry-wide downturn.
