Well I agree with what all my majority of friends said. Firstly it is not just the gender which is responsible for a perso therefore we can't judge the qualities of a good manager on the basis of this trait and secondly, if we take gender in and biased to say that women can't prove to be good mangers then men because it is not the gender but the manag decides whether he or she is a good manager or not. Though we have healthy number of men as a good managers b many names of very good and effective women managers too. Although I agree that ratio of good women managers are not responsible it is our society and culture which took such a long time to accept this fact and make women free
