Hi friend its a huge debate in G D as for as gender is concern some where women is rather then men, in industries m handle employees with flying colors because there are not enough educated employees do work here is more chance conflict, strike on the other hand women can invest time and effort to manage as HR, MANAGEMENT, CALL CENTER, are lot better then men. There is similarity between women domestic chose and work in. Corporate 1 Planing does for their family. 2 Budgeting does in home. 3 Controlling she control her children. 4 Making decision for children future.

Well I agree with what all my majority of friends said. Firstly it is not just the gender which is responsible for a perso therefore we can't judge the qualities of a good manager on the basis of this trait and secondly, if we take gender in and biased to say that women can't prove to be good mangers then men because it is not the gender but the manag decides whether he or she is a good manager or not. Though we have healthy number of men as a good managers b many names of very good and effective women managers too. In my point of view, we can say that women are good managers as in homes the way the women manage it no one taking care of every one, handling the situation. Same in the case of companies she can handle every situation witho more polite than men that all required in corporate industries. Chandra Kocher, Hillary Clinton, Angela Markel, Indra Nooyi, Shiksha Sharma etc. etc. Now as far as comparision between man and women is concerned, there has been a male dominance in the past 50

Yes I agree lot of men and women say, that female managers are tough to handle, but I tell you in my case I have f cooperative, understanding, Ego less. It is a harsh reality but it is true and yes I have experience this that guys alwa done. My last manager when I approached him for some project work, he told me that I have got beautiful hair and company. (promoting brand) I am working in American MNC. Holy shit. Damn fool he is. ! I agree with the point that women do make great mangers. As it is is confirmed from experts that women are better than women in technology. Management is more of arts. So it can be handled by women more better. Also they are house wife. She uses to make breakfast and make sure that her children and husband have it hot. Simulteneously sh tiffins. With all these thnigs she uses to take their respective clothes out of the almirah and give them.
Then she packs the bags of her children and husband. After thier departure, she uses to clean home and does some work. Sometimes she uses to take homework of her children while making dinner for family. This shows that women perfectly. Also she uses to be very energetic even at the end of the day. Well this point is very intial one for our management sector. So I think that manager is a manager. This term is not women are managers. In my point of view women will be good manager because they know how to tackle difficult situation. Womens motiv well in the company. They concentrate on both family and organisation. They speak friendly in nature.

Manage a family and manage a organization are two different things, a illiterate woman may handle the family with a organization. So any woman who can handle a family with good manner, can not make a manager. In our Indian c from woman side, means to say mostly woman are the cause of domestic violence and some time woman could not She is a wife, she is a mother if she success in one side than other side is a desert.

Yes I agree with @Adi, in some typical conditions men are more chosen one, but that time not comes often it comes fight that situation well. & there are some soft or period comes where it becomes hard to interact with the person. In hard wants some extra heat to be soft" so women can be a good manager than men. !.
