Payment Schedule
10% : Booking fee at time of oer 10% : Upon acceptance of the oer by the Developer and
execution of the SPA
20% : Upon 20% of project completion 20% : Upon 40% of project completion 20% : Upon 60% of project completion 20% : On notication of project completion by the Developer
All payments are made to a Bank Escrow account which controls the drawdown of funds by the Developer Acceptance of the oer by the Developer and the execution of the Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) would commence only upon obtaining the requisite approvals from the relevant authorities and reaching a minimum threshold of sales. Construction is expected to commence in April 2011
