1). Service Tax Extra as applicable. PAN/GIR No. AAAJP0288R and
Service Tax registration No. is AAAJP0288RST001.
2). No Bank Commission is to be deducted, only net amount is pay-
able.
3). All the accredited agencies / other Govt. Deptt. availing credit
facility have to make the payment within 45 days of the date of
released bills. The bills are raised on monthly basis.
4). The payment of ad-charges will be made by Pay Order/Demand
Draft on a local bank in favour of State Bank of India A/c Prasar
Bharati, All India Radio, Jaipur or
pay online our bank A/c No. 11074859374 (IFSC code-
SBIN0006326) Account Holder Name : Prasar Bharati, BCI, CBS,
All India Radio, Jaipur Branch Address: SBI, NCR Building, Statue
Circle, Jaipur. (email id: cbsairjaipur@gmail.com) for confirma-
tion of payment.
5). No credit facilility for private clients.
6). Interest @ 14.5% per annum will be charged on dues which are
not paid within the stipulated period.
7). 10% Concession admissible to Direct/Private and SSI Units.
8). 15% Commission/Concession admissible to Central/State Govt.
departments/ PSU and Autonomous Bodies.
9). 50% Concession for spots on AIDS, Cancer, Blood/Eye/Kidney do
nation, Leprosy, TB, Dengue, Malaria and other similar epidemics.
No other concession allowed on available 50% Concessions.
10). 50% concession to NGOs / Voluntary Oraganizations for the
following AIR Stations : Suratgarh / Jaisalmer / Jhalawar
11). Time check spot of 7 seconds duration will be charged as 10
seconds ordinary spot.
12). 25% extra will be charged for fixed time spot.
13). 20% extra will be charged for branding Naming Sposorship/Spon-
sored Programme.
14). For FM / VB Bunch booking concession of 3% for minimum 2
stations in a state for a month or more.
15). For PC/LRS Bulk booking concession for more than one month upto
one year and more than 5 stations is 6 to 15 % in addition to
normal discount.
16). For prize credit line half the rate of a 10 sec. spot of the programme.
The prize hamper reach the AIR Station prior to the day the prize
is to be announced on the AIR. The contract may indicate "prize
scheme credit line"
17). For further information please refer to the terms and conditions
laid down in the Contract/Agreement executed by the Advertis-
ers/ Agency with All India Radio of contract to the Station Director.
