Entrusted by NRG senior management with the daily field management for a combined $600+ million of new environmental air quality improvement projects at 3 separate coal fired power facilities that were completed safely, ontime and on-budget. Engineered and managed construction of the civil, structural and environmental components of more than $30+ million of new furnacing production at Unifrax Corporation. Additionally, managed all aspects of the design and construction of a $12 million facility expansion and paper production line installation. Held sole responsibility at AECOM for securing all construction permitting for more than $300 million of new environmental air quality projects. Managed construction of new components for 2 production lines as part of a $1+ billion new heavy construction initiative at 2 GM facilities.

Entrusted by senior project manager with reviewing a wide-array of contracts and subsequent approval of power plant construction contractor payment request. Established a wide-array of comprehensive procedures that focused on establishing and monitoring all aspects of CMs constructions site safety programs that recorded no lost time accident during the entire 2 year period of the project.

Construction Manager-NRG Power LLC, Huntley Station, Tonawanda, New York & Dunkirk Station, Dunkirk, New York (2007-2009) Primary duties focused on the management of field construction activities for the Huntley Dunkirk Environmental Retrofit EPC project from initial site mobilization, foundation construction, mechanical equipment and electrical power installation tie into power distribution substation. Responsible for securing all building and special variance permits, including the DEC and Corps of Engineers on construction related matters.

Conducted weekly construction coordination meetings with all contractors as well as documented daily construction activities for onsite personnel. Consequently, charged with processing and documenting all RFIs, FCNs and NCRs, including validating all contractor payment requests.
