Brian Vaughan SHIFT HOURS: MAJOR CRIMES: ARRESTS: 130418-1216-04 DWLR/OFAs 101 N Old Statesville Rd Carol Rabun Davidson (W/F 10/05/1965) was stopped for a traffic violation. Ms. Davidson was placed under arrest for DWLR and also four (4) open Orders for Arrest from various jurisdictions. OTHER INFORMATION: 130418-0731-02 Larceny 14423 Westgreen Dr Complainant reports he left his cell phone on his back porch last night and someone came on his property and took the phone. It occurred sometime between 2300-0400 hours. 130418-0804-02 Suspicious Person Tanners Creek Park Reporting party stated there were teenagers from Hopewell High School smoking marijuana. The subjects left the park prior to the officers arrival. 130418-0850-03 Vehicle B&E 13820 Hagers Ferry Rd Victim reports someone entered his vehicle overnight and took his laptop. The vehicle windows were partially open and there were no signs of forced entry. 130418-0953-02 Domestic Disturbance 12714 Windyedge Rd Husband and wife were arguing because the husband was going through the wifes belongings. No crime took place. 130418-1039-00 Suspicious Person 16800 Statesville Rd A white subject was around First Citizens bank and wanted a ride to Raleigh or Virginia. He told officers he did not want any of their help and that he was fine. 130418-1106-04 Credit Card Fraud 8107 Bythum Castle Dr Victim reports someone used their credit card number to purchase items with internet retailers match.com, christianmingle.com, and Norton Software. 0545 Hours TO: 1800 Hours

130418-1259-06 Larceny 15201 Beatties Ford Rd The Reporting Party stated someone took his tiller and his chop saw without his permission. The items were last seen one hour prior to filing this report. 130418-1505-01 Suspicious Person 104 N Statesville Rd Caller advises a black male has come into the Blue Harbor Bank on three separate occasions in the last two days. He keeps asking for an ink pen. The male came in yesterday morning then again yesterday afternoon. The third instance was this morning at 1130 however the call was not made to police until approximately 3 p.m. He is driving a beige Toyota Camry, early 90s model. 130418-1607-06 Suspicious Person 9705 Sam Furr Rd This is the same subject from the early call at 1039 hours. He does not appear to be in any danger and is not causing any problems. He again refused any help from officers. 130418-1650-05 Felony Break-In 232 Columbia Dr Victim reports while she was outside cleaning her vehicle an unknown person entered her apartment, took money and prescription medicine, without her permission. The apartment was unlocked and her elderly mother was home in a back bedroom, however she did not hear or see anything happen.
