2. Material: 2.1 Concrete mix: Concrete mix of ratio 1:2:4 (Cement : Sand : Metal ) should be provided, 12.5 mm nominal size of hard graded metal must be used. Mix shall be conform to IS: 456/2000 2.2 Reinforcement: All reinforcement of 6mm dia. Sizes: Size of boundary , KM stones and Guard Stones are given below:3.1 RCC Boundary stone (Type A)

90cm long x width 20cm at bottom and 15cm at top. Thickness of boundary stone be 10cms. Top of the boundary stone should be half round shape. 3.2 RCC Boundary stone (Type B)

90cm long x width 18cm square: 3.3 RCC 0.2 KM stone:

General Requirement : (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) (vii) (viii) Inspection and testing- Visual Examination The surface of the product shall be smooth and free from any visual cracks. Dimensional Tolerance: +/- 7 mm. Periodical absorption testing at independent laboratory/manufacturers on laboratory as per IS: 597/1998 at the time of first Supply Order of the R/C. Periodical Compressive Strength of concrete cure (357 Kg/Sq.cm) Min. as per IS : 516/1959 (reaffirmed 1999) after 28 days curing . Manufacturers shall give a certificate indicating quality of Cement and concrete mix. Manufacturer shall provide test Certificate of Steel Reinforcement. Concrete covering the reinforcement shall be conforming to IS:456/2000 . The store shall be (pre-dispatch) inspected by DQA of area concern . ----x----
