130419-0734-01 Communication of Threats 16915 Statesville Road The complainant advised an unknown subject called her at Chick-Fil-A. The caller spoke with the assistant manager, and said they were the complainants sister. The caller advised they were mad about the quality of food they received the previous day, and they were going to kill the complainant and her husband. The complainant advised the caller was a Hispanic female who spoke both English and Spanish, but she did not know who the suspect was. 130419-0931-00 Suspicious Activity 9610 Block of Sherrill Estates Caller advised of a red Toyota or Dodge pickup in the area. Caller advised the vehicle sits in the area for a few minutes until it hands of something to a pedestrian. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. 130419-1151-03 Soliciting for Money Northcross Center Officers issued a warning to female subject for aggressively soliciting for money. 130419-1300-01 Larceny 11201 Old Statesville Road A student advised someone took an I-Phone from their book bag. There are no suspects or witnesses at this time. 130419-1326-00 Assist Medic 14207 Hudson Park Lane Officers responded to the above address to assist Medic with CPR. The subject was transported for further treatment. 130419-1352-06 Larceny 11530 Beattiesford Road Two students advised someone took their cell phones from class today without permission. 130419-1656-03 Disturbance Commerce Centre Drive Subjects were in a verbal argument over the customer slipping and falling in the store. No assault took place and the incident was a civil matter.
