OTHER: 20130419-1831-00 Check the Welfare at 7715 Regency Lake Dr (Harris Teeter): A 3 year old female child was found in the parking lot of Harris Teeter crying and unable to locate her parents. Officers searched the grocery store and townhomes in the vicinity of the store and finally located the parents. The child had somehow got out of the home without the parents knowing. The child was uninjured and safely returned to her parents. 20130419-2156-01 Communicated Threats at 16950 Birkdale Commons Pwy: A female was out walking her dog in Birkdale when a juvenile boy approached her and asked her if he could rape her. The female followed the juvenile and called police. The juvenile never attempted to touch the female and said he was only joking. 20130419-2306-02 Missing Person at 11935 New Bond Dr: A 14 year old female ran away from home with her boyfriend. The parents were able to track the juveniles cell phone to Cornelius. When officers arrived at the location the juvenile ran from officers. 20130420-0248-01 Involuntary Commitment at 10030 Gilead Rd: A female needed to be served with Involuntary Commitment paperwork and transported to Presbyterian Main Hospital. 20130420-0326-01 Larceny at 9101 Sam Furr Rd (Circle K): A B/M came inside the store and took several items without paying for them.
