Please read these instructions!

Step 1: Global Scope Worksheet & Client Names for Applications worksheet.

These worksheets should be filled in first. They provide a summary of which functionality will be offered in each country and the names given to each application. To complete this worksheet: 1. Remove the countries (columns) that will not be in scope. (If countries will be added later, these columns can be left OR they can be added back later.) To delete rows, highlight the ENTIRE column(s) by clicking on the LETTERS at the top of the columns for countries which are not in scope. With the rows highlighted, right click with the mouse and select "Delete". 2. Follow the instructions on the worksheet. 3. Naming the applications is done in the Client Names for Applications worksheet. Complete this with the Global Scope Worksheet.

Step 2: All Other Worksheets

These worksheets should be filled in AFTER the Global_Scope is completed. These provide a more detailed look at the functionality offered in each country. To complete these worksheets: 1. Remove the countries (columns) that will not be in scope. (See instructions in Step 1 above.) 2. Follow the instructions on the worksheet. If there are no instructions, then the sheet is INFORMATIONAL - be sure to read it carefully!

* Data displayed in this screen varies by country * Not all data in GUI will be displayed in ESS * The SAP default setting for all data on this screen is display/edit. More details are maintained in this Wiki page: https://wiki.au.adp.com/wiki/bin/view/GlobalView/XSSCountrySupport. * If you wish to make a display/edit field into display only, discuss the change with the payroll country templater. If he/she agrees this is an appropriate change for ALL clients, then submit a change request to make the field display only. Changes such as these are done at the COUNTRY LEVEL ONLY. * Some country templates are not available or not yet complete. Details are also in the XSSCountrySupport Wiki page. * Varies by country * Not all data in GUI will be displayed in ESS (IBAN, for example, is currently missing from EU country bank details screens) * The default setting for virtually all data on this screen is display/edit. My Pay
* It is possible to display payslips as of a specific date. Payslips can be displayed as early as the day payroll is completed or as late as the client wishes. The default is to display payslips as of pay date.

Pay Statement

* Payslips are displayed in the language required by the country from which the payslip is issued. For example, for employees paid in France, the payslip is always shown in French. Some countries have multiple languages that are supported, such as Switzerland. In all cases, the payslip language is driven off of the language preference field stored in SAP.

* Data must be stored on SAP to be displayed in the Total Compensation Statement, and ECM is required

Compensation Statement

* Generally speaking, this data is stored and calculated on SAP. We do not import data from other sources to store it on SAP for the purpose of displaying it on the TCS. (For example, we don't import benefits information from another system to display on the TCS.)

Country-Specific Payroll Information

* Country-specific features are "owned" by country payroll templaters. If additional details are needed, please initate the request with the country payroll templater.

My Links
* There are different approaches clients can take with this. It's highly recommended to keep this page as simple as possible from an initial implementation effort perspective as well as ongoing maintenance (this benefits both client and GlobalView). * The recommended approach is to have a single page with no more than 12 sections/areas which each have one link to a page on the client's intranet or another web page maintained by the client. It is possible to vary the links shown by country.

My Links

* All translations must be provided by the client. The default language of the page is always English if no other language(s) are provided. * Client teams must use the XSS Links/XSS FAQ template to create this page. * GlobalView Self Service is not able to generate or send credentials to another website to create a single sign on connection, but if a request to generate a credential can be sent to the client's system and the CLIENT can generate this credential for the other website, then the user can experience a connection that feels like SSO from Self Service. Discuss this with the Portal Product Team if you have questions.

Instructions: The Who's Who (Corporate directory) is

a global directory. The information used in the "Advances Search", "Result list" and "Result details" must be defined on a GLOBAL level. Nevertheless, it possible on exception to add fields per country.
