01. PRICES: Prices quoted are EX Indore basis as provided in Incoterms-2000. 02. Packing & Forwarding: Extra @ 3%. 03. FREIGHT: Material will be sent on freight to pay basis. 04. INSURANCE: Purchaser to arrange, intimation by fax within 24 hours after the despatch. 05. TAXES & DUTIES: Price quoted is exclusive of Sales tax and all other Central / state or Local taxes and duties and will be charged
as applicable at the time of despatch. Present rate of taxes and duties are: (a) CENVAT: 12% (b) Education Cess: 2% on Cenvat & Sec. & H. Edu. Cess @1% (c) Sales Tax/Value Added Tax: Central Sales Tax @ 13% without any Sales Tax concessional form and 2% against Sales Tax Concessional Form C. For supply within the state of Madhya Pradesh rate of VAT is 13%. For Orders value below Rs. 50,000 full Sales Tax will be charged.

06. DELIVERY PERIOD: The material shall be ready for despatch within 10-12 WEEKS from the date of receipt of your technically & commercially clear order. 07. FORCE MAJEURE: Delivery period mentioned is subject to causes beyond our control such as civil commotion, war, strikes, lockouts, fires, accidents, late arrival of components and raw material, non availability of transport facilities, act of God and Government and other Force Majeure conditions. Delayed delivery will not be the reason for the cancellation of the contract. No claim for refund of deposits / advance or damages will be entertained. 08. WARRANTY: Instruments are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch. The instruments are guaranteed against manufacturing defects &/or poor workmanship. 12. SUPERVISION OF Installation & Commissioning : The supervision of installation & Commissioning charges shall @ Rs. 18,000.00 per day + To & fro Air/AC 2T train fare. Lodging & boarding and local conveyance charges at actuals . Service tax prevalent at the time of I&C shall be charged extra.
