We arewaitingfor a PETUwhichwe haveborrowed from theDeepwater Navigator to assist with our testing of the SEM from theDeepwater Nautilusat WestEngineering's facility in Brookshire.This is scheduled to arriveThursday evening.We haveproceeded with AMF cardtesting and somelimitedtesting of the SEM. Currentlywe havefound a hiddenfault with the AMF circuitson this DWN SEM that is related to the condition of oneninevolt batteryandwas probably personnel. DWN unknown to the We foundthatoneAMF circuitfired andthendisarmed while the othercontinued to cycle. We switched the batteries and found that the problemmovedwith the batterythat measured lower voltage. This same condition couldhavecontributed to the results thatCameron found whenthe DWH Blue POD wasretrieved.We arecontinuing to testandwill need to developa test procedure for submission to DNV so that similartestingmay be usedto verify whetheror not this samefault could haveoccurredon the DWH BluePod.- [n progress WestEngineering hasagreed thatprimarilyBrian LeachandthenMike Van Gemertwill be available to backup ChrisTolleson asrequired.
