Detachable 3 in 1 Sandwich Maker

Classic Waffles
Ingredients 2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 tbsp Sugar, or other sweeteners 1 tbsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1-3/4 cups 2% Milk 4 Egg whites 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil Method 1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. 2. Whisk the egg whites for few seconds until frothy. Basic Information

3. Add milk and oil to it and give it a mix until blended. 4. Now add the wet to dry ingredients.

Prep Time : Under 15 min Cook Time : Under 15 min Serves : 4 people

5. Mix until well combined. 6. Prepare the waffles as per the instructions of your waffle maker.

7. And cook until done.

Coconut Waffles With Strawberry Mango Compote


Ingredients For the Coconut Waffles 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour For the compote 2 tbsp honey 2 ripe medium mangoes, 1 tbsp baking powder peeled, pitted, and cut into small 1/2 tsp salt cubes 450 grams (1 pint) strawberries 4 tbsp unsalted butter , melted hulled and sliced 4 tbsp canola (vegetable) oil 1 tbsp sugar 1-1/4 cup 2% fat milk 4 egg whites, lightly beaten 1/2 cup coconut milk (not sweetened cream of coconut) 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut Fresh mint , for garnish

Method 1. Toss the cubed mangoes, strawberries and sugar in a medium bowl. Cover and let stand until the fruit gives off some juices, about 90 minutes. I think it would be easier if you could prep this the previous night, refrigerate it in order to enjoy in the morning. Since every time I made this, it was for Sunday brunch, I haven't tried doing the advance prepping yet.

2.Meanwhile, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl to combine. In another bowl mix the melted butter, milk, eggs and coconut milk. 3. Now slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet .Whisk gently just until smooth; Mix in the coconut. 4. Now prepare the waffles as per your waffle maker's instruction and cook accordingly. I added 1 cup to my waffle maker and cooked it for 4 minutes.

Graham Saffron Waffles


Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat graham flour (or use regular whole wheat with bran/germ added) 4 egg whites 2 tsp. baking powder 1-1/4 milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup olive oil Pinch of saffron 3 tbsp. sugar Method 1. Mix up the dry ingredients in a bowl. Heat the milk to lukewarm and add the saffron to the milk mixture. Give it a good stir. Set aside. 2. Beat the egg whites with a fork for 2-3 minutes until fluffy Basic Information

3. Add the milk to the flour mixture. Next add in the oil and then fold in the egg mixture. 4. Stir it until everything is well incorporated.

5. Prepare your waffle iron as per the manufacturer's instructions and drop the batter to it. I dropped about 3/4-1 cup of batter. It will vary depending on your make. 6. Cook as per instructions and waffles are ready.

Chili Hotdog Sandwich


Ingredients 1 (15 ounce) can chili hot dog, sliced 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese diced onion bread Method 1. Butter or spray pam on your machine. Pre heat it. 2. Set 2 slices of bread on the machine. 3. Add a Heaping Table spoon of chili on each slice and spread. Add sliced hot dogs. 4. Top off with onions and cheese. NOTE - Don't over fill.Top off each with a slice of bread. 5. Latch the cooker shut and cook for about 3 minutes or till done. 6. Enjoy!

Crispy Quesadillas Sandwich


Ingredients Non Stick Cooking Spray 2 20-inch corn or flour tortillas Shredded, cooked beef, chicken or pork, (optional) Salsa Shredded cheese Sour cream, (optional) Method 1. Preheat about 5 minutes. 2. Spray one side of one tortilla with non-stick cooking spray and place in the sandwich maker (spray-side down), top with about 1 tablespoon each of meat, salsa, cheese, and sour cream. 3. Spray one side of the other tortilla and place on top (spray-side up). 4. Close the lid to the sandwich maker and wait for the red light to turn green.

Sandwich Maker Omelettes


Ingredients Margarine 3 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste Ham, chopped (about 3 tablespoons) Shredded cheddar cheese, about 1/4 cup Method 1. Place a small amount of margarine in each of the sandwich maker wells. 2. Preheat about 5 minutes. 3. Pour half of the eggs evenly into the hot, buttered wells of the machine, top with the ham and cheese, pour remaining eggs on top. 4. Close machine, cook for about 2 minutes or until the red light to turn green. Top with more cheese if desired.

Yummy Fruit Pies Sandwich


Ingredients 1 can of refrigerated crescent rolls 1 can of fruit flavored pie filling Cinnamon sugar margarine Method 1. Place a small amount of margarine in each of the sandwich maker wells. 2. Preheat about 5 minutes. 3. Divide rolls into 4 rectangles; take each rectangle and pinch the perforation closed. 4. Cut each rectangle in half, making 8 squares. Place one square on each side of the sandwich maker. 5. Top with about 1 tablespoon of pie filling, cover with another square of pastry. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, close maker, and cook about 3 minutes. Note: these come out quite dark and the filling is very hot!

Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwich


Ingredients Non-stick spray 1 Slice of ham (diced up) 1 Slice Kraft American Singles Method 1. Preheat about 2 minutes. 2. Prepare the sandwich with the one slice of cheese and the ham and then spray the outsides of the sandwich with non-stick cooking spray. I like to spray the outside of the sandwich rather than the machine directly to avoid a messy clean up. 3. Place the sandwich in the sandwich maker. Close the lid to the sandwich maker and wait for the red light to turn green. Note: these come out quite dark and the filling is very hot!

Coach Grown Up Grilled Cheese


Ingredients 1 medium egg 2 slices reduced calorie whole-wheat bread 2 tsp butter 2 tsp dijon mustard 1 oz cheese of your choices, shredded or sliced 1 small tomato, thinly sliced 3-5 fresh basil leaves, washed and roughly chopped 1 thin slice of red onion, chopped or sliced in half salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Heat cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry the egg (use some cooking spray if necessary to prevent sticking). 2. As egg cooks, butter one side of each slice of bread, and add mustard to opposite side of one of the slices. 3. Assemble your sandwich, including the fried egg in this order: Bread (butter side out) Cheese Tomato slices Basil Red onion Salt and pepper to taste Fried egg Bread (butter side out) 4 Heat the sandwich on low to medium heat (in the same skillet you used to fry the egg) until golden-brown. Be careful when flipping the sandwich so that it doesn't fall apart. Let cool about 1 minute and enjoy!
