Objective: "Evaluating The Training Effectiveness"
is:-
To help fill significant gaps in knowledge about evaluating training effectiveness, which many organizations find difficult.
To know whether the employees have implemented something out of training that was given to the employees at different levels. If they have implemented then what is its effect on their performance. If they did not, what is the reason for not implementing To know the barriers to effective training & measures that could be taken to eliminate or minimize those barriers.

Methodology
This project is prepared with the combination of theoretical knowledge as well as practical knowledge and a blend of advices and suggestion from the guide of the project.
Various books helped me out in extracting the theoretical element. Some magazines and newspaper gave me the information about the up to date happening with Employees and their Engagements at all levels in the insurance industry.
Finally, the project has been lucratively finished with various kinds of experiences gained throughout. It had been possible with my facts and information on this subject
