FACT FINDINGS
Year 2007, Introduction of Code of Practice on Safety, Health and Environment for Transportation Sector [SHE Code] focused on public transport sector, expressly bus services. Year 2009, DOSH reviewed the SHE Code, considering the other scope of industries and current practices. Year 2010, Occupational Safety and Health Industry Code of Practice For Road Transport Activities 2010, superseded existing SHE Code. Gazzetted on 20 August 2010 [P.U.(B) 377/2010].
